Low quality and hard sole(not flexible. Cloth used is like a felt paper.Love the looks of these shoes but the sole is too thick and too stiff. When I take a step in them they are so stiff and too large that I step out of the shoes from the heels on every step. I tried tightening the straps, which helped a little, but the strap material is so soft and flimsy after a few uses it would most likely rip at the holes in the straps. Not well made or designed. Do not like the soles allows too much slippage when stepping/walking (I bought another pair with the same soles and find them uncomfortable to walk in because the soles cause my feet to slip to the toes of the shoe as I walk and my toes will extend over the tips of the shoe until I adjust the shoe on my feet which does not allow for comfortable walking)Didn’t get to experience this shoe with the clasp missingIt looks kind of like the picture but it is poorly put together. The shoe was 3 sizes too big. The material has a strong odor (almost like acetone. It looks and feels cheap. I’m pretty disappointed in the product.I purchased these foe a Mommy and me photo with my 4 yr old.. they run big, and are pretty stiff, as I walked they sounded like flip flops and I almost gor hit by a car crossing the street as the heel constantly pops off.. I tried tightening them to the last hole but they don't have a way to really stay in place they kinda clasp together but it's just a slot it slides it. Kinda like how a front clasping bra work whenever u slide down the little bar in the slot and turn to lock in, except it doesn't lock inthere is nothing technically wrong with these shoes, they fit. not quite enough room in the toe area but they just feel cheaply made, which makes sense because they were cheap. I got a new job and thought I would get them to were with slacks so they serve their purpose.These shoes are cute in the picture. But once you try them on there just not as comfortable as I thought they might be. Mine were to big and they slid around. I didn't like the material inside the shoes so much and it should be a softer material inside considering it makes your feet a little sweaty. The tong in the front makes it harder to walk in. I also felt they were over priced for what you get. But there cute if you have bigger feet.I like the comfort and look of these shoes, but don't wear them too much because they will tear where the fabric meets the sole.
