Two practical Velcro fasteners, over instep and toe arch, ensure easy handling, by adapting to the existing foot anatomy for a perfect fit and thus also for the optimal hold of the shoe on the foot. The leather-covered interchangeable footbed, which can also be easily washed by hand or machine at 30 °C, is also particularly suitable for the use of orthopaedic insoles.
