So, I did all the measuring. Traced my foot, used the chart, read the reviews. I have big feet, but not super wide. Black suede flats are adorable and exactly what I wanted. Didn't want to spend $$ on the brand that starts with an R. I felt like Goldilocks...size 12 WAY too big - sent back. Size 11.5 WAY too big, but I tried to wear them with inserts at the heel and little socks - no go (and can't return worn shoes). I have now ordered the 11W in the same shoe. This one has to be the one!! The shoes are cute, but not supportive - but ballet flats never are. Cannot speak to how well they wear, because we haven't gotten to that point.
