The shoe box was crushed when I open the case my other purchases came in. The case showed no damage, everything was well packed. So this problem came from the factory/or sellar. I took the shoes out of the box they came in. Each shoe had its own little drawstring pouch, (high -end shoes do this) I like this a helps to perserve the fabric. Being suede type fabric, I inspected both shoes carefully ,for water marks, and excess glue. Everything is find. So I go to unzipped them, that was little hard to do, but not uncommon with a nylon zipper, I slipped them on and had to push my foot forward in the shoe to zip them up, was a little harder to do. The zipper pull has a little bend, so the pull is easer to grasp .I liked that. Now the throat of the shoe is low cut( which I like) you can see the space between the tops of your last three toes. The toe is pointed, but does not squeese the toes . Inside the shoe is very comfortable. I have just worn the shoes around the house. I am well pleased with my shoes and the fit seems true to my 8m foot., I plan on buying another color( dark navy,) My order arrived on time. Thankyou Amazon / Ollio Shoes
